Melea O’Dell - Director of Marketing
What excites you about joining Mantooth Company? I am VERY excited to be working with Connie, who is such a well-respected business owner within our community. I also think Mantooth has a great team in place, and I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together!
What background/skills do you want people to know about you? Sometimes I refer to myself as a digital marketing “jack of all trades.” I have experience with: PPC (and the entire Google Suite – Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), SEO, project management, email marketing, ecommerce/local/demandgen, agency and in-house. I look forward to bringing everything I’ve learned to Mantooth to help usher in the next phase of the company.
What do you like to do in your time away from the office? I enjoy cooking, listening to podcasts and hanging out with my dog, Rosie, poodle/bichon mix I rescued about three years ago. She is the light of my life. I’m excited that the Mantooth team looks forward to the days Rosie visits the office!
What would you like people to know about you? I’m an analytical person who gets energized from solving problems and properly executing to achieve the desired results.
What makes you smile? DOGS (I love all the dog décor around the office). Over the last few years, I’ve learned to appreciate the small things – a funny joke, a great conversation, a random act of kindness, etc.
Micaela McConahy - Social Media intern
What excites you about joining Mantooth Company? I love that, at its core, the field of strategic communication is all about connection. I am eager to gain more experience in this field during my time at Mantooth; I look forward to building relationships with business owners and using my skills as a communicator to connect our community with the products and services offered by our clients.
What background/skills do you want people to know about you? I have worked in the field of graphic design in some capacity for over 5 years now. I started out working as a pre-press graphic designer at a sticker and label printing company, and I found that I absolutely loved the variety of clients I got to work with on a daily basis. This year is also my third year working as the graphic designer for CSU’s College of Business Career Management Center. On top of that, I occasionally do freelance graphic design for a few small businesses and nonprofits in Fort Collins. I love the way design has the ability to bring beauty, interest, and life to any kind of visual communication.
What do you like to do in your time away from the office? I love to travel! I have been shaped and transformed in indescribable ways by the experiences I have had all over the world, and the relationships I have built in those places. A highlight of my travels was spending last summer living and working in Vlorë, a beautiful city on the Albanian coast. I would love to go back someday!
Do you have any pets or others in your life you’d like to mention? I am engaged to my wonderful fiancé, Aidan, and we are getting married in June! I can’t wait :)
Emery Vischer - Social Media intern
What excites you about joining Mantooth Company? I am most excited about being part of a close-knit team that values everyone and their ideas and being able to create content that is meaningful for local businesses, especially because I grew up knowing and going to many of the businesses Mantooth works with.
What do you want people to know about you? I am a Fort Collins native and have loved growing up in Colorado. I am very artistic and love being able to show my personality through creating new art pieces, writing and practicing music. I am passionate about helping others and the environment and would like to create a business one day that advocates for positive change to help people and the planet.
What do you like to do in your time away from the office? I enjoy playing piano, singing, cooking, spending time with friends, watching new tv shows, painting, skiing, and hanging out at Horsetooth Reservoir.
What makes you smile? Dogs, sunrises/sunsets, and being out on the water or up in the trees.
