Our Amazing Staff
We could say we are very lucky or it was all just meant to be that we came together and have had such a great time making The Mantooth Company what it is today. We have fun being part of the success of the businesses we represent. We go to bed at night thankful for any assistance we have provided to a nonprofit event reaching their fundraising goals. Each of us posses an amazing work ethic that makes us strive daily for the better that reaches our individual goals and that of the company as a whole. Each morning we wake up and ask ourselves, “What choices will we make today that will be better for our future?” This is not only asked of ourselves as individuals but also asked on behalf of each of our clients.
Connie Hanrahan
- Wonder Woman
Founder and Owner of The Mantooth Company
Living the motto - To Play Hard One Must Work Hard.
Ashlee Hille
- Account Manager and Public Relations Manager
Be steps ahead of your competition and stay current on industry trends – that’s my motto I strive to apply to each of my clients I work with; and I enjoy working with such a great team of co-workers! Personally, I am enjoying every second creating memories with my family: my new baby, Connor, my wonderful husband and our two doggies, Domino and Brady.
Sabrina Missimer
- Account Manager
With Mantooth I have had an opportunity to meet wonderful people and wake up every morning loving my job. My hobby is spending time with my kids and husband and working out.
Brittany Hageman
- Event Director
I know how precious life is and I intend to enjoy every minute I can. I graduated from CSU but I will never stop my journey of learning new things. My hobbies and interests are too many to list but the short list is: people watching (especially in Old Town), coffee shops with friends, volunteering, photography, traveling, horseback riding and in the fall - watching football! It is difficult to call what I do "work" as it is my passion and dream to work for a company like Mantooth.
Kerrie Luginbill
- Social Media Account Manager
I truly believe that new marketing is about the relationships, not the medium, and I strive to continuously learn how to make these relationships stronger. I love learning about new trends in the Marketing and Public Relations industry, and combined with my persistent and motivated personality I have found that working hard does pay off. I am an energetic person full of life and willing to take risks. I love to read, write and run in my free time and I enjoy being around the people that I care about.
Patrick Caldwell
- Creative Director
"Look at every path closely and deliberately, then ask ourselves this
crucial question: Does this path have a heart? If it does, then the path
is good. If it doesn't then it is of no use to us." This quote inspired
me to take a leap a few years ago and join the ranks of Mantooth. I
haven't looked back since. I greatly enjoy my co-workers and the
creative freedom I'm allowed. When I'm not designing, my wife and I like
to explore all that Northern Colorado has to offer.

Eclectic eye." I like to... take my toddler's cues to stop & dance… anytime, anyplace & to any music!, read “Budget Travel,” run to “The Splendid Table” podcasts, seek the next great artistic inspiration, make lots of lists, listen to ocean waves, volunteer for Project Self-Sufficiency and Hope House, go to garage sales, consume Malbec and experiment with concoctions of my basil & mint harvests. I like this quote from Helen Keller... “I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something.
Anne Marie Martinez
- Graphic Design
Inventive, creative and personable. My daily inspiration is, “Do what makes you happiest.” Art stuff, spring time, Starbucks chai tea, crossword puzzles, watching chic flicks, good friends, quality time with my hubby and daughter and working for Mantooth makes me happiest!

What's the Dog All About?
They may just have the most influential position at The Mantooth Company. Georgie Girl and Miss Lily, both Boston Terriers, are the beloved companions to owner, Connie Hanrahan. They serve as a humble reminder of those very important things in life that we often times let go by the wayside in today’s fast-paced world. If you’ve ever heard the expression, “It’s a dog’s life,” here are a few of the best kept secrets to living the good life taken direct from Georgie and Lily! They just might help you to remember why you do what you do.
Eat slowly and only when hungry
Don’t take what isn’t yours
Get plenty of rest-if you’re in the sun, find the warmest spot you can – it aides in relaxation
Always stretch at least three times a day
Jump in the air as often as you like for no reason at all – it will set you free
Be excited to see everyone. One person can change your day…or your life!
Cuddling each day- a must!
Listen to direction; go out on your own when the opportunity arrives.
Remind those around you that taking a break in the day will make the day more enjoyable
Be dependable, honest and above all…be loyal!
